Solution to SEC-E9 machine “ABUS Bravus keys” Password needed

I have a SEC-E9 Key Cutting Machine, I tried to open the tab with the ABUS Bravus keys – asks for a password, how do I open access?

Have to buy this Abus-licence from factory, or from Abus…. not sure how it goes.
